This website was created with the purpose of documenting my six month stay in Leuven. Here, you can find my experiences ranging from practical information like accomodation and settling in all the way to pictures and stories of my travels. Those that are interested in studying here in the future might also be interested in my opinion on UCLL, which is the university where I have taken part in an Erasmus exchange programme.

In case you found this page and are planning on travelling to Leuven in the second part of 2024, you might also be interested in my webshop, where, at the end of my stay, I will be selling all the (slightly used) household items I am unable to bring home.

About me

I am a third year BSC student at Eötvös Loránd University, majoring in Finance and Accounting in English. Currently I am taking part in the Erasmus exchange programme, which brought me to Leuven, Belgium. Professionally I am particularly interested in the deeper mathematical background of financial and economic processes. In my free time, I love playing board games and getting together with friends. In the past I enjoyed doing many different sports including tennis, fencing and swimming; currently I am playing football regularly. I also love travelling and exploring new places.
